• Fixed a bug importing Culvert data that resulted in a primary key violation in CULV_Water. 

Linear Pavement Marking Module:

Culvert Filters:

• Added filters to help identify missing culvert data where size or length is entered but no units are defined: Undefined Size Units, Undefined Length Units, Undefined Span Units, Undefined Rise Units, Undefined Depth Cover Units, and Undefined Elevation Units.

Driveway Module:

• Fixed an exception adding a Driveway by Location when an ECW layer is included in the map layers.

Filters:

• Fixed a locking issue (and improved performance) when applying a Crash Filter in a multi-user environment.
• Fixed a bug when applying a filter for a field with an editable drop-down.

Guardrail Lookups:

• Fixed incorrect labeling of Work Type and Work Authorization lookups when editing from Tools->View/Edit Lookup Tables.

Import Roadsoft Data:

• Added 'Select All' and 'Clear All' right-click options to the Import Form Grids (for selecting Data Type, Function Class, jurisdiction, etc).
• Fixed exception when importing data that included BridgeMaintenance data.

Intersection Module:

• Fixed MouseDown Error when clicking an empty space on the mini map in the module.

Legends:

• Fixed a bug which would throw an exception when opening the report form for a layer that isn't loaded on the map.

Safety Analysis:

Security:

• Added check to ensure that a user who is not Admin and is not a Power User cannot run scripts to update the Roadsoft database.

Sign Legends:

• Added a sign legend option for sheeting install year.

Startup:

• Fixed a bug in validation of aliases which would throw an exception if a segment had more than one default alias (also added a fix to fix these segments to have only one default alias).

Traffic Count Module:

•  Prefill ADT value after entering volume history to match how the add ADT link works.
•  Fix bug to avoid a duplicate road ADT.

Linear Pavement Marking:

• Added check to ensure proper Direction of Travel was stored to ensure Markings are saved to the correct side

General:

•  Includes DockPanel control update and Tatuk Update so All Modules have been updated

Culvert:

•  Added missing Skew Angle field to Culvert Inventory form.

Map:

• Added right-click option to Map Scalebar to change units.

Linear Pavement Marking:

• Added more comprehensive validation for splitting segments.

Bridge Filters:

• A filter of manually selected Bridges now works after migration.

Culvert Filters:

• Fixed a 'Primary Key Violation' error when creating a rating-related filter when there are culverts with more than one rating on the same date.

Culvert Reports:

• Added Span (culvert size) to the Culvert Rating Report.

Guardrail Module:

• Fixed bug which would not correctly zoom to selected guardrail in the minimap form on initial load of the module.

Map:

• Fixed bug in external layers where label field was not remembered after restart.

Road Legends:

• Fixed bug in Scheduled Maintenance Treatment legend which would not apply the correct values to the shapes, resulting in incorrect colors/sizes/etc.

Roadsoft Mobile:

Safety Analysis:

• Collision Diagram Summary form grid columns are now resizable.

Sign Filters:

• Fixed an issue in filtering on Maintenance items (Date or Work Crew) where some supports would not show if the maintenance was only done on the support and not the sign(s).

Traffic Count Module:

• Memo field on the Station form has been expanded to show more lines.

Work Order Control:

• For Sign Work Orders, added sign and support memo to asset selection grid view for the work order control form.

Crash Import:

• Fixed issue with 'Transaction log full' exception when loading all ten years of crash for larger jurisdictions.

• Roadsoft now includes the ability to limit the data that is imported from a RSExport file. Similar to the options available when creating an export, importing can be limited by data type (Road, Sign, Culvert, etc.), Jurisdiction, National Function Class, and or Legal System.

Export Map Layer:

• Fixed 'Object Reference' exception when starting Framework Migration if the MiniMap form has been closed.

Framework Migration:

• This Roadsoft update will prompt Michigan jurisdictions to perform a Framework Basemap Migration to Framework version 15. Once initiated, Roadsoft will automatically migrate all roadway asset data from Framework version 13, through Framework 14, and into Framework 15. This migration will ensure that Michigan jurisdictions have the very latest updates to roads, including Act51 or NFC changes as well as newly added roads.

Guardrail Module:

• The module has received a face lift to mirror the look and feel of the other Roadsoft modules like Road, Sign, and Culvert. It was also given increased functionality through the addition of several new features: the ability to add inspections, maintenance, work orders, and there are now four user defined fields available.

Linear Pavement Marking Module:

• The module has been redesigned similarly to Roadsoft modules like Road, Sign, and Culvert. Two new features have been added to the module: the ability to add inspections, and a project builder. The Linear Pavement Marking project builder provides the ability to define a group of road segments and apply project data to the segments (Material, Estimated Cost, Estimated Material (miles), Estimated Volume Material (gallons), etc.).

Roadsoft Mobile:

• A new application in the Roadsoft product suite. Roadsoft Mobile combined with Roadsoft Desktop provides sign maintenance personnel a powerful set of tools to enable sign work order management on the go from an Android phone or tablet. Roadsoft Mobile is available at no cost for Android devices at the Google Play Store.
