Subsequent to Microsoft’s termination of support for Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and Windows XP, the CTT will no longer support Roadsoft, Laptop Data Collector (LDC), and MERL on Windows XP or SQL Server 2005 as of January 1, 2016. An article detailing this transition was published in Volume 15 Issue 2 of Roadsoft RoundUp.
For customers using SQL Server Express 2005, the CTT will provide an installer to complete the server update. This installer should be available at the end of October. Customers using other versions of SQL Server 2005 should notify their internal technical support of this upcoming change.
