Print or Save UD-10 Reports
UD-10 Traffic Crash Reports provide statistical information on crashes. A UD-10 Traffic Crash Report is produced by the law enforcement officer at the scene of the accident and reported to the State of Michigan for all traffic related motor vehicle, snowmobile, or off-road vehicle (ORV) crashes, whether they are traffic or non-traffic related (for more information see Michigan State Police Traffic Crash Reporting). Sanitized (not containing identifying driver or passenger information such as name or street address) copies of UD-10 Traffic Crash Reports are retrieved from Michigan State Police systems by the Center for Technology & Training for use in Roadsoft. For help with navigating to and viewing UD-10 Reports, see View UD-10 Reports. UD-10 reports can be printed or saved to a location outside of Roadsoft.
